Satin Colors and Antique Vibes Arkansas Wedding | Briley and Cole

Briley and Cole have always been some kind of inspiration to me. I first documented these two a couple of years before their eventual engagement and wedding and I just fell in love with them. I knew that their wedding day would be special. The way that they interact and love on each other no matter what setting they are in is a documentary wedding photographers dream.

Antique and Vintage Inspired First Look

The first look, wedding party photos, and a few other special moments all took place at an old historical home off site from the wedding venue. This is always a pretty awesome idea to add some variety in your wedding photos, and the vibe of this place matched these two and their wedding party perfectly. A ton of golden and warm tones that also tied in so well with the bridesmaids dresses and the grooms suit.

Mismatched Rustic Satin Colored Dresses

I have always really loved incorporating different fabrics into so many of my shoots, and have always really loved the texture of satin. I also was obsessed with how the bridesmaids and house party dresses were mismatched, but complimented each other so well. The idea of each bridesmaid dress being a different tone or vibe is a wedding trend that I have fallen in love with and kind of hope never goes away.

First Dance

After such an emotional and amazing wedding ceremony with these two, the reception and the first dance was so memorable. We have had cold sparks at a lot of weddings, but this setup with them surrounding Briley and Cole on the dance floor was so beautiful. The light they put off on them was just a dream to shoot!
